No-Refund Policy: We adhere to a strict no-refund policy, and refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, we urge you to inspect it promptly. Should you encounter a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and take appropriate corrective action.

Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials or flammable liquids. If you have any questions about the eligibility of a specific item for return, please contact us for clarification.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges: To expedite the process of receiving your desired item, you may return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 3-Day Cooling Off Period: For shipments to the European Union, you are entitled to a 3-day cooling off period during which you can cancel or return your order without providing justification. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds: Once we have inspected your return, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be automatically processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to complete the refund.
